Very pleased there were no injuries.
You can buy cars - hopefully insurers will sort things out for you and the Mini people promptly.
Be interested to find out if the police will take further action against the idiot. Thanks Paul, the police were actively seeking out their cctv of him tailgating me through Totnes in the 30mph zone. It will be very interesting to see which way this goes but having a fully independent witness and the police reading what had happened and that he misjudged just about everything should help our case. They wrote our car off after my photographic evidence lunchtime today. The photos of the errant Porsche I took they were also interested in as evidential. He needs locking up for sure the only thing missing was his Bull Mastiff. The bank transfer will be in the account this week, which is of solace after the knowledge that there are no injuries to any party in the three vehicles. Feeling thankful.

Ruddy heck Rich. Glad you're all OK.
How did he get a license? Simple - it was before he became an impatient d1ckhead with an inability to plan ahead. Hopefully he won't have the use of it for a period (though I have my doubts on that score). (He wasn't a chef by any chance? Just thinking back to your previous 4/4!).
Take care! Graham, thank you we all meet one every now and again but they don't tend to attempt to come in through the drivers door. He could well have been he had the compulsory shaved head and tatts all over his neck, face and legs. Stick him in Dartmoor for a dose of Radon it will be rancid with it now being unvented for years.

Glad you are all OK……8 more lives left although somehow I think over your fascinating life years, you no doubt have lost a few more ! Stay well, MM Thanks Mike all good but the car got written off lunchtime after my photographs hit their desk metaphoricaly.
