An early car, so has it has all the MMC upgrades, cooling fan, chassis brace, centa conversion, steel drive pulley and if centa conversion has it had the quick change roller mod. An early car without these will cost £1000's to bring up to a reliable spec.
Also check if it has a brake pedal with the laser cut ‘M3W’ logo. These were fitted in 2012 and some had an inherent weakness and was changed in 2013.
The 2012 issue was addressed in November 2019 by the one and only official recall when Morgan dealers would retrofit a strengthening bracket free of charge. If there's no record with the car of this being done perhaps check with the factory.
