Hi forum members,

My wife and I acquired a 1962 Plus 4 four seater a couple of months ago. The TR-4 powered car is currently at Morgan Spares in upstae NY undergoing multiple upgrades. I look forward to participating in the forum; I have much to learn about these cars. Thirty years ago, a friend of a friend offered me the chance to drive a Morgan around the block. The drive could not have lasted more than five minutes, and the desire to own one never slipped away. Thank you for the opportunity to join the forum.

Regards,
Scott

Welcome Scott .... here's hoping you enjoy loads of happy miles in your Morgan ..... you've got plenry of great roads to play on upstate .... and plenty of shop-windows to check out your reflection in NYC 😆

This is a great site for info about your car ... and it's a nicely gentle place by the standards of most auto-forums!

All:

Thank you for the warm welcome. The site has already proved to be useful. I found a forum conversation about Steve Simmonds' handbrake. I found it a very long reach to the handbrake. I sent a note to Simmonds inquiring whether his handbrake accessory would work on my '62 Plus 4 four seater. Having a reachable handbrake would be nice when taking off from a stop on a steep hill.
