Have to totally agree there Richard and with the 10 psi rate too! I have found it such a good way to do that I invested in a better set up which is even better than the gunson type variant I have now used for years. It too was via Temu, cheaper than uk gunson basic kit and obviously made for the western market for labelling and £100 cheaper, so about £26 if memory serves me correctly. No filling and emptying as you store your fluid in the vessel itself.

For those reading this and deciding to take this route.... I can tell you Richard is not alone in his experience with leaks!, set it up and test it without brake fluid in the kit reservoir, any leaks will just be air leaks and you can safely rectify them before adding fluid!
Especially check the fluid reservoir cap.... be prepared to modify the seal of the air and fluid connections!

Morton passed his MOT yesterday, but surprised only 3000 miles covered in last year - must try harder. Tester had to run the engine a while to get emissions down though which is not normally needed. I put this down to a multitude of local road closures that have suddenly sprung up forcing journey onto slow country roads, then drivers programmed to temporary speed limits previously in place for nearly a year!

On return put car on ramp then cleaned and squirty greased lower steering UJ. Not sure how effective this is as no grease nipples so assume its greased for life and protected by oil seals.

Today I replaced all of the fuel hoses with Cohline 2240, the originals were 26 years old and showing signs of perishing. I replaced the fuel filter with a Sytec one with a replaceable element,

Not the easiest to access, but I tried a different method today using a long flexi from the grease gun directed into place with some nasty looking locking forceps and it worked very well

(the splined gearbox end of the propshaft on the 3.7 Roadsters is very tight access and is a lot further away than the photo makes it look)

Luddite, For some reason all the propshaft grease nipples that were fitted to the spiders are too short to achieve an adequate seal with the gun. To make things easy.... easier! Melvyn Rutter sells longer versions that don't foul in rotation and make greasing much easier. I keep meaning to measure them and post it here so folks can buy them cheaper but hey, it's a one off and by golly they are so satisfying to use.

As Sewin says I had a problem when trying to grease the rear UJ next to the dif on my car. I could not get the grease gun to seal because the nipple was to short. I replaced the nipple with an M6 23mm long new one I got from hear

Sewin, your post reminded me of the time when Datsuns appeared in the UK, it seemed in all the usual places where we were used to finding grease nipples, there were screwed blanking plugs installed with the standard thread that grease nipples were supplied with ....? Sure "old" folk removed the plugs and fitted nipples to grease things, but the reality was that I suspect there was no real need as over the years I and a few friends have run a few Datsuns/ Nissans etc, and not ever having to either grease or replace any suspension component as the result of it being worn out, though admittedly more were in dire need of corrosion repairs than anything much else. I suspect many went to the scrap yard with next to no wear in the suspension gearboxes or engine such was the quality of their engineering.. Whereas wee Brits had built up an industry supplying parts for repairs that the Japanese cars just did not seem to require...at least up until the 80`s..?
