Yup. But I see no reason for why one couldn't choose the same colour scheme, choose a number (if so inclined) and get the same "feel" to it.

I'm currently thinking a tad darker matte paint would look better. Sort of like a (dark) warm titanium would look awesome.

For a price, Morgan will do just about anything you can dream up. As to the numbers, you can always get something like that done aftermarket as well. Some things are easier to get done at the factory, but others are just as easy and potentially cheaper to have done elsewhere.

due to the lightness of the car and the torque of the engine:
you just feel the desire of the engine to proceed forward

I noticed a BIG difference between RHD and LHD
and would understand some people to order RHD in the civilised world
the big steering wheel brings your hand close to the shift-stick, when in LHD it is in 2nd gear =naughty gear
when you have a LHD it is in 5th gear (cruise)
therefor: if you buy it as a stunt-car: RHD-only!!!!!

the wind-deflectors...deflect the wind very well
in town you can drive without goggles
light rain is no problem
you need mud-flaps up front
...

Now FIVE weeks since my M3W arrived to my dealer,
BUT Morgan Motor Company has NOT yet send correct CoC documents to get my M3W registred....

Perhaps soon ? a happy M3W owner I want to drive it home...

As an early registrant of the 3W, I feel a duty to speak to the <ahem> resolute conclusion of my foray into the wacky and wonderful world of Morgan, with great appreciation for you, my fellow Morganites.

With stoic strife, I must report that I have closed — for now — my door to Morgan. Although I had cancelled my order several months ago, my hope was to reinstate it and continue with you. It was a tough battle between my twin logical and emotional minds.

But, in the end, I was given the chance to get a fair weather 4W at half the price, and at an unheard-of discount... so... bespoke or not, I own a 3W-ish transmission attached to one new Miata GT PRHT (Power Retractable Hard Top).

This outlay moves me away from the car-as-appliance discussion and closer to the 3W realm... not quite there, but within my comfort zone.

How odd and sad to close a dream. Maybe one of you could leave your 3W to me in your Will. Americans are not above charity, and I am a whore for nice cars, besides.

I hope I can drop in, and strut about like a 3W aficionado that I am. What a grand world Morgan has created, and how fantastic to have met so many great friends here. I will lament that loss far more than any vehicle could have provided.

Although penalized by one extra (superfluous) wheel and an extra forward gear, life goes on.

Nothing will replace my longing for a Morgan 3W. Damn, damn, damn. But I thought my friends should know why I disappeared. Thanks to all... and congrats (with undying envy) on your new 3 Wheelers!!!

Well......good luck with the new car Steve! I had one three years ago...soft top version and loved it. Great gearbox ( never mind the connection to Morgan) and great handling as well.

Those were my thoughts too, I briefly bought and sold a water cooled Morgan three wheeler when I was 18, never got it on the road, but the itch has stayed with me for the last 48 years. I'm finally waiting for it to be scratched in May.

Enjoy your Miata, but I suspect it will be a little too sophisticated, reliable and smooth to give as much pleasure as an M3W. I for one, hope you will carry on contributing to this forum.
