I'm thinking of changing my door mirrors, who, besides Librands, supplies the round ones? Gerry.

John Worrall at Heart of England Melvyn Rutter Steve Simmonds Phoenix Design (Morgan Hoods)
Would not necessarily say that they are all different mirrors though.

I bought my round mirrors during a factory visit, admittedly that was 4 or 5 years ago so I'm not sure they still offer them. Price was about the same as after market ones.

Thanks all- it was Morgan Hoods I was trying to recall- seem to be best price, too. Gerry.

Hi I have some round ones fitted to my car - large in diameter - make unknown and I struggle to adjust them . On looking at some other morgans I noticed a better design of ball and socket was available in metal instead of plastic like the ones fitted to my car So I ordered some from Melvyn's - they are MUCH better and I can recommend these - They are made by halcyon classic parts - http://classicpartsltd.com 30 quid each for the mirrors without the base regards Jon

I fitted the Librands version as my first modification. So much better than the factory ones. They seem to have a wider range of articulation, allowing much improved rear visibility!

I'll second that....Librands version went on to mine at the first opportunity. Nicely made and a good range of adjustment. I went for convex mirrors to try to improve the view...you also have to play around with the main mirror stem...it has three detent positions.

I also have the factory round mirrors. They are 2 yrs old and are really pitted. I am saving the pennies for a pair of Librands ones!!
Cheers!
