The interstate system was started here in Michigan so we have the first mile of paved road in the country. We are surrounded by beautiful fresh water lakes. Sleeping Bear Dunes has been voted the most beautiful beach in the America. M-119, the Tunnel of Trees and M-22 are both amazing drives putting you at the tip of the mitten ready to cross the Mackinac Bridge.

That makes sense Graham, I had heard that he was doing the Gumball 3000 this year and that would be in a months time. According to the Gumball website, the route goes to Toronto, Canada then through Detroit on the way to Indianapolis, Indiana. So, I could drive over to the border crossing and cheer them on as they wait in line at customs.
