It's certainly nice and sunny in my bit of Hampshire. I'm on the other side of The Downs from where Frank will be driving but the BBC weather map looks encouraging.
Things don't seem to have changed much in Young Farmers since I was a member!

Another BIG THANK YOU to all of my sponsors and supporters following my Blog.
I arrived home safely at 7.15pm having had an interesting day on the Kent Coast.
After completing The Loop at Dartford, I popped into Brands Hatch where Sarah made me a welcome coffee. Keith notices that the front cross stay nut was loose (not surprising with the shaking we have had) and kindly took a spanner to it before I said goodbye.
The Green Goddess, aka The Road Eater, aka The Flood Meister is now tucked up in the garage for the first time in 3 weeks.
Now for the Big Clean & Polish.
My Son had arranged a Large Bunch of Balloons and a Bottle of Champagne for me to Spray (later) - Apparently the Laurel Wreath delivery has been delayed.

Good to hear you are safe and well after your epic and worthwhile trip.
When you catch your breath step back and take a long look at a map of Britain. The coastline is huge. YOU have driven around that.
Well done.

Thanks for all of the congrats and fabulous donations from everyone. With David Harris still collecting for Waddesdon (may improve now it is large in Miscellany) we should together exceed £5000 + Giftaid, much of which is down to the generous members here supporting me. The car looks a mess at the moment, so much work to do all over to make it look pretty ( It is already very respectable ) . Keith at Brands Hatch found one large nut undone yesterday so with the shaking she has been given there are bound to be others. Never before in the history of my motoring has so much joy been offered by just one to just me? (doesn't sound right, but near enough) . Only disappointment is that I was too late and dark at the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway that everyone had gone home and the Green Godess did not get the chance to meet 'The Green Goddess' However, Thanks to the Grass Cutter's early start, I was able to go back able get in to see the Battle of Britain Memorial just before the Sea Fret rolled up from the cliffs, over the site creating a real Pea Souper - but I had taken my photos just before. PS - 5017 Miles done at an average of 9 hours driving each day. I'll work out the costs and fuel consumption etc and post it later for anyone interested. The Blog still has two days to be completed and maybe I will do a summary at the end. I have discovered that my short term memory is letting me down these days so I need to re read it to remember where I have been. http://franks4x4-solograndetour.blogspot.co.uk/http://www.bmycharity.com/AroundBritainsCoastRoadsinaMorgan/donations/1
