I was going to head over to Detroit and watch them come across the border from Canada but then I read that Charles was planning on skipping the Canadian leg of the rally because the 3 Wheeler is not going to be offered for sale there. I don't care enough about the other vehicles or drivers to be bothered by this if that is how it is going to be.

The past 'exploits' of some of the entrants, specifically their behaviour on the road (and deaths caused), makes it a very challenging event to support; therefore, I struggle to get excited about the Gumball.
It will bring further awareness of the M3W in the USA but I'd be interested to know if MMC will see a direction correlation in increased sales.

Well, according to the Superdry and Morgan Facebook pages, the 3 Wheeler seems to be scheduled to do the entire course.
I am not sure how much hooligan driving will be going on as I am sure the state police will be all over the rallys route. They show up to monitor any larger parking lot car meets like car's & coffee and supercar saturdays, so I am sure the Gumball is on their radar.

Looks as if he may get lucky in the weather department as there are no major storm systems moving across the country at the moment. Just a couple of long narrow bands of rain.
