Not knowing the circumstances of having google translate working the 3 wheeler seems to have done the better out of the two cars.
Hopefully everyone walked away without harm

It seems someone was driving too fast & spun out of control hitting 2 cars.
One driver was airlifted to hospital.

A motorist moving at high speed from Bettel in the direction of Vianden suddenly found himself on opposite side of the road and struck two cars. The motorist of the first car struck was seriously injured and transported to hospital by helicopter.
The road was closed in both directions - but was later reopened. I think. One of our native French speakers can probably do a better translation. Both cars in the photos are on the correct side of the road. The first car is severely damaged and looks as though the rescue squad had to cut the driver out. The Morgan is relatively lightly damaged and the "cockpit" seem quite intact so hopefully the occupants are only bruised and shocked.

WOW, glad that the person(s) in the 3 wheeler are OK and I hope the best for the lady in the VW.
Now, someone needs to send word to the bureaucrats in Australia that the 3 wheeler has passed its first crash test?

would be interesting to know exactly how hard the impact was for the 3 wheel owner, how fast they were hit, what was the point of impact, etc
