Oooooooo. It's here, I'm utterly silenced. I simply can't stop looking at her. Full write up will follow. Plenty of time to flesh out my initial thoughts AS THE CIVIL SERVANTS AT THE DVLA decided to strike on FRIDAY so Dorset Dreamer couldn't be registered/Taxed. ARHHHHHHHHHH.

Any news Dorset Dreamer? Are you on the road yet?

It's a sad day today.
Today was the day I should have taken delivery of my new 3 wheeler, but the factory is running 8 to 9 weeks behind with orders so I'll just have to keep dreaming of a sunny but cold November and if it is that way I can still get some miles in before the winter lay up.

I always wondered why the people who have got their cars dont upload lots of pics. And its because they spend every spare minute driving their cars. I will get a website up at somepoint with the pics on, as I find uploading here a total pain/impossible. I will try an upload now for you. Suffice to say, the car is fantastic and anyone who is worried about the financial aspect should rest easy. I'm convinced you will think its the best money you hav ever spent.

Charlie: 2 weeks to go - any news? It should be built and on a boat I guess?

I visited my dealer today (and met 1560 ) and ended up speccing my car. So I've gone for Morgan Stingray Grey (seems appropriate as I sold my Stingray to fund the Morgan), tan and chrome. ETA end of January!

I have only 5 days till my scheduled build week begins!! I am not sure how long they take to be shipped across the pond though, but...

asbojohn checked at the factory for me last week when he went to get the bevel-box replaced on his 3 wheeler and they said that the production schedule is on time as they have worked hard and gotten caught up on all delays.

And Claire from MOG Magazine said she would check in on my builds progress when she is there on her weekly assignment!

My dealership said that they were having issues with the heated seats that I requested, and I have also seen posted here that the power supply wasn't up to snuff for this. So, other than that one minor down-point all things are looking good!

Soon... very soon!

EDIT: I am trying to talk Meghann into getting the license plate "KEEPCALM" on the MINI and I would get "CARRYON" for the Morgan, we will see if it ever happens. If not I am debating between the plate "HFS" for HFS Morgan (or Holy F**ing S**t, as Alex Roy pointed out) or matching the numbers to the 1911 Michigan plate that I got for the front, or possibly my build or chassis number. So many options.
