I had 3 tread rubbers on my Roadster and PPF on the wings and no matter how much we tried its almost impossible not to scuff the film when getting out
My Roadster also has 3 tread rubbers and PPF. After I've done a particularly fine job of polishing the car, I wear thick cotton socks and take my shoes off before getting into and out of the car (there's space for them on the cabin floor, under my knees). Driving in socks is quite comfy and probably not illegal... in past years in other cars I have driven in wellies and bare feet (not at the same time though).
