In 2008, I could only stretch to low £30ks. My available funding dictated what I could consider and that market was basically five plus year old Plus8s, and a limited number of Roadsters up to three years old.
Remember also that buyers can be picky, (me included), on colour, hood, spare, wires, interior etc, so there are always compromises to be worked on.
In the end, it is what it is. Get out there and put some mileage on, is the answer.
