Sportster	In Wisconsin a Friday night fish fry is very popular. One Friday I decided to make my own. Fried lake perch, homemade potatoe pancakes with apple sauce, cole slaw, rye bread, and homemade tartar sauce. Usually have a beer or a Bloody Mary with my fish fry but that night a glass of wine. Would usually pay $17-$18 U.S. at our local pub for a fried perch dinner similar to what I made. Nothing like a Friday night fish fry!
