Took the MINI to Scotland last week, with a group of fellow Morgan owners. It proved to be a token Mog by slight leak into boot in heavy rain. Here at Todd Head Lighthouse a little north of Montrose.

Graham, I love that picture and your cabriolet looks handsome in those colours too

Looking forward to meeting up in Newton Abbot soon, and having a good look at your car too before cider time. The Premier Inn at the racecourse is looking a good option for our first stop after everyone has arrived that day.
Austins is a lovely old market style mostly ladies department store for those not wanting cider. Of course Dartmoor is 10 minutes drive from Newton Abbot so there are many options, The House of Marbles is a quaint but very current venue to visit 5 miles from Newton on the road to Lustleigh village on the Moor which has the quaintest Tea Cafe ever in the village square and a nice little place to walk around.
Day two heading for Dartmoor and anywhere the group would like to see including the prison Museum and a lunch in the Old Police House in Princetown, a chance to purchase some Jail Ale should you wish to as a momento or consumption.. If anyone fancies a brisk walk up a Tor they can do so also. Head back to Widecombe in the Moor for our overnight and meet up for dinner in The Old Inn together, good scran and well kept Ales and Ciders in a warm friendly atmosphere. Accommodation ideas at Widecombe in a while today.
