My wife, daughters and I are currently encamped in our "stuga" (Swedish for "summer cottage") on the southern coast of Sweden. Being a relatively early riser -- at least, relative to the rest of my family -- I am in the habit of popping out of bed, popping the cover off our Morgan, and driving the small lanes through the farmers' fields to a countryside café nestled in a copse of trees. At this café there is a dirt parking area in the back with a strategically placed bench where you can sit and... look at the parking area. I have taken to calling this bench "bilbänken" (the "car bench"), and to sitting there with my morning coffee admiring my car and, I am maybe a little bit ashamed to admit, discreetly watching passersby admire my car. Does this make me a bad person?
Below is a somewhat zoomed-in picture of my car from "bilbänken". Interestingly, I have noticed that the car attracts just as much attention from the fairer sex as it does from the blokes, something that in my experience isn't typically the case with most "petrolhead" type cars.
