The Cord cars of that era were pretty striking too ... and had a lot of innovative engineering ..... there are definite highs and lows in car design and this era was one of the highs .... much as I appreciate the Cord/Auburn/Deusenberg cars (and others) from the States, there's just something about the Merc that would make it my 'take-home' pick 🙂
