Amazing, Graham, I was at Church Fenton in '73 for my Elementary Flying Training with the Fleet Air Arm.
In those days I had a TR6.
Yesterday I drove 30 miles in the Roadster to get petrol, but there was a queue, so I didn't bother filling up - which meant I drove another 30 miles of Bedfordshire country lanes again today.
