A cheeky copy of the other thread title. Despite owning a vehicle of that type, my first thought, as Alistair said, "Every time I see this title in the list I keep thinking it is about QUAD the hifi company"!
Reminds me of the old days in the BBC studios in Bristol, where most of the speakers were LS3/5s, 3/8s, (and some 5/9s), powered by 303s or 405s. I don't think we had Quad preamps, as we were normally feeding the power amp from a mixing desk.
Anyway, it's nice to see the brand still going strong, and reinventing the classics as well as producing some great new gear.
