Removed throttle body from Morton for cleaning. Been getting a severe misfiring issue very occasionally. If I persist it throws error P2135 - voltage correlation error between sensors A & B throttle control. Cure I've now found, having previously been through obvious checks, is to simply switch off for three minutes then car will continue as if nothing happened until same issue again which could be a matter of weeks or months.

I've investigated and found the accelerator sensor operates a pair of rheostats wired to increase and reduce voltage equally from a base voltage when pedal pressed. This signal drives a throttle plate stepper motor accordingly. This also has a pair of rheostat position sensors working similarly for correlation. This will relate similarly to other Morgans with DBW throttles.

Thoughts were that issue may be sticking plate so removed body completely this time.

Inlet side clean frim previous check but back side had a layer of carbon which got thoroughly washed away with dedicated cleaner. Noted the throttle plate return spring is quite strong as well. Fingers crossed its a cure as new body expensive and second hand ones from Lithuania all look a bit crusty.
