It is a brand new Strange Grover of course and Abersoch this time.
A luxury £80,000 SUV has successfully completed its transition into a limited edition submarine off the coast of Abersoch this morning, after pioneering a bold new parking technique known as “just five more minutes before the tide turns.”
Eyewitnesses confirmed the vehicle maintained excellent composure as it slowly submerged, with paddleboarders reportedly using the panoramic roof as a navigational landmark, while locals praised the driver’s commitment to testing the long-rumoured “go anywhere” setting.
Experts say the model performed flawlessly in sea conditions, although future owners are advised the optional snorkel pack does not, in fact, exist.
Meanwhile, Barry the Bugler from Bude is reportedly en route by bicycle to Wales in the hope of arriving just in time to deliver a perfectly timed “you can’t park there, mate."
There is a lovely bit of Facebook footage of a kayaker filming it underneath him with suitable Welsh commentary should you chose to view it.
