I planted a small palm tree—a Jubaea chilensis—in my garden last week, yesterday I took a trip to Leverkusen with my 4/4. There, in the Rheindorf district—one of Germany’s mildest microclimates in winter—there is a street lined with exotic plants, which is very unusual in Germany. And there, since 2008, stands an impressively thick Jubaea.
