Probably counting my chickens but 100 miles travelled over last two days since fitting new sensor. Barely perceptible change but response from foot off to light throttle when travelling through built up areas seems to have improved, these being the exact conditions present when occasional misfire occurred. Foot off I get an immediate trailing throttle slow down and similarly smooth transition with light pedal pressure to maintain 30 mph. Before it often took a few seconds to transition to full trailing throttle and on occasions this lag would allow 30mph to be maintained for several seconds foot off! I'm wondering if the old sensor potentiometers had the equivalent of scratchy volume control pots. Won't know for sure for several months free of faults but fingers crossed.
