Good call on the Land Registry alert John, I set one up on the recommendation of a conveyancing specialist a couple of years ago & added some relatives addresses (with their approval)
Earlier this year had a ping that someone was doing searches on our daughters flat (she works abroad a lot), I traced the solicitor involved who was quite evasive & full of bullshite excuses - they received a Yorkshire bo11ocking and a report sent to their regulator
