+1 for the compact twin Steibel air horns available
here. You will need a diode protected relay not the cheapo one supplied and also need to uprate horn fuse to 20 amp.
Following on from Jon's post above no worries about ECU, it's an entirely independent circuit. I used original wiring to provide main feed to relay without issue, just remember to uprate fuse.
