Going back to the EES system - went to Berlin in May, On arrival, registration system was fairly straightforward, and then just had to wait about 45mins to go through security. On the way back, it was a nightmare - massive queues at the desks, numerous passengers missed flights and took almost two hours to get through. So much for Tuetonic efficiency.
Just been to Spain, which has never been that well known for efficiency, but landed, straight to the EES machine and through security in minutes, with exactly the same on the way back.
