Now 56 and not ridden a bike on the road since i was 25yrs it hurts so much when i see all the lovely bikes around today.
I have just watched the |Steve McQueen story and that was me to a T.
from the age of 3 i lived and breathed bikes, starting on a little Monkey bike at @8 yrs evolving into Trials riding until i was old enough to pass my bike test.
So what went wrong !! i had children, it wasnt the finances, but i am an adrenaline junky and at the time could not be beat, my final ride was on a 1000cc that at such a speed it wobbled on me, it got me thinking i have to stay alive and bring up my children, so the bike went and apart from pedal power have not ridden the roads since, i have considered 3 wheeler's for about 30 seconds, but that's it.
Show me your bikes and tempt me please.
