Well I saw one just like this in a light metallic green yesterday and am now thinking of a way to justify owning one doh It's the Tonka personified laugh2
Diesel of course and not silly money.

That’s true too, nobody should take my opinion on anything really, I change my mind like I change my boxers. It’s very liberating being of independent mind though, the only advice anyone should take from me is “ think for yourself”😁

The disposable, recyclable anti muck mat was an aftermarket upgrade, I like the rubber floor to stay clean and stink free. Despite there being superbly designed rubber trays in the footwells, I also bought these 100% genuine protective floor mat protectors.

Man-logic allows for several versions of the truth to exist, the difficulty is remembering which truth you currently have idownloaded in your cranium 😁

Anyhoo, who doesn’t like pictures, here’s this weekend’s work combined with a wilderness walk and harbour of Gamrie.

Had some really muddy tracks to plough through, I’m surprised how clean the thing stays.

The machine on the trailer is basically a dung handler, it costs more than the defender. Even though there are some cheaper options for a commercial vehicle of this type, they’re not a lot cheaper. If I could find a need for it I’d buy a unimog, they’re at least twice as much so I think I’m being quite frugal really😂

We have 84000 KMs on our 4cyl D240, without problems
had to reset the navigation twice in 2021, but since then the issue didn't re-occur

we do have new brakediscs and pad at 82000KMs, but living part-time close to the Stelvio-pass they get extra hard use
even my wife drives our DEF pretty fast through the mountains, it just steers so good!!!!

1560, you’re the envy of all who seek the perfect road, the Stelvio pass ins on my list!
Glad to learn you’ve not had much trouble, I’ll be a good test of them, if anyone can break one it’ll be me😁
