Hi All,
I have a 1996 +4 and the heater fuse keeps blowing. I have put in a 30 amp fuse, it works for a period then it will blow at random. I have checked the wiring all looks ok.

The fan also only works on position 2 so no function on position 1.

Any ideas what the issue could be?

Switch faulty or sticky heater motor?

Many thanks
Will

Hi All,
So to update you I bit the bullet and thought I would try the MGB heater motto below £85 as a replacement for the £380 +VAT KL one from Morgan

https://www.mgocspares.co.uk/produc...large-impellor-kit?nodePath=1/3/4/18/650

This fitted well provided I used 10mm spacers and sealant.

So a good option for others if the KL isn’t available or out of budget

Will update with some better pictures

Many thanks
Will
