Well, I was one day away from taking it out beyond the Little Desert Valley I live in. I owned it all over a year and I thought I had the bugs worked out well this morning my clutch failed. It failed away where it seem to be difficult to chef at the last stoplight on his app and then, the pedal seemed really soft and then after that, it didn’t really want to disengage. Waiting for the tow man to get here and take me in the Morgan home.
I’m likely to be on my own on this because I’m 130 miles away from the only dealer in this side of the USA and he’s point-blank told me is maintenance man who works on three days a week and aren’t interested in maintaining vehicles they just wanna sell them. I’m pretty good with mechanicals. This one might be a chance for me to stretch my wings. Once I get home and can see a full computer screen can do a surge. I’ll do my proper homework and make sure no one‘s posted all the information I may need. Obviously, the first thing I’m gonna check is fluid. but any advice you chaps can pass my way would be most appreciated.
I’ll post some information once I know what I can see after putting her on the jack stads, hopefully by tomorrow morning
Cheers,
Will

Thanks everyone.
Well thanks to Craig at M3WServices I have the part on order from the only responsive Morgan dealer in the USA, Morgan Motors of New England. M3W owners in the USA take note!
Irony abounds! This was the third order they had received in as many days. Mine will have to come from the UK to NY state and then be reshipped to CA.
I’m losing the last decent month to motor in the desert, but I bet after the repair I find a few mornings where the temps are down to the low 30’s C.
Going to try and do the swap through the access port over the pedal box, instead of pulling the pedal box out. Any suggestions either way are appreciated. If you unbolt the pedal box so you can move it around in the footwell but don't fully remove it you will find access to the master cylinder through the inspection hatch easier.

This recently happened to me. The clutch master cylinder failed and I was able to procure a replacement from Morgan Motors of New England. There was a recent thread about the combined brake and clutch fluid. When replacing the fluid you have to bleed both the brake and clutch lines and replace all the fluid in those two systems. Mine was serviced outside of the Morgan dealerships and my clutch lines were never bled, only the brake side.
