After doing a bit of searching, I think the history of the Sturdza cars is as follows.
Originally the factory supplied bits to make three Aero based GT3 cars. AutoGT of France (a team owned and run by former Renault Grand Prix drivers Jean Pierre Jabouille and Jacques Laffite) assembled the cars and had various parts made specifically for the cars. For instance, I believe the wings are made of composites rather than Superformed aluminium; if this is correct, the bodywork would be unique to these race cars.
Three cars ran in the 2007 and 2008 seasons.
In 2009, two cars were entered into the FIA GT3 Championship (cars 100 and 101). If I am not mistaken, these were two of the three original cars, which were reworked, which included the SuperSports bodywork.
If I am correct, this would make this car, the one that was not re-developed into a SuperSports based GT3 racer. Although the car wears a #2, a photo of it (undamaged) is shown with the #29 bonnet and this would make it the car driven by Gael Lesoudier and Johan-Boris Scheier in the 2008 season.

2008 - Silverstone 20th April - 54 Laps - 1:DNF - position 20th
2008 - Monza 18th May - 44 Laps - 2: DNF - position 21st
2008 - Oschersleben 6th July - 61 Laps - 1:DNF - position 20th
2008 - Brno 14th September - 56 laps - position 6th (car #29 did 56 laps in 2:03:24.020 vs the winner who did 56 in 2:02:40.930)
2008 - Nogaro 5th October - 76 laps - position 4th (car #29 did 76 laps in 2:02:18.390 vs the winner who did 76 in 2:01:24.180)
2008 - Dubai 6th December - 29 laps - position 13th.
At face value, it does seem the car was getting more competitive during the 2008 season.
With the excellent showing from the Aero SuperSports GT3 racer at Silverstone in 2009 being the highlight.
Interestingly, the Aeromax prototype was shown in 2008, and launched in 2009; however, the road car SuperSports Aero wasn't offered for sale until 2010.
