Talk Morgan Forums Thread Like Summary - Total newbie

Hi all,

Just wanted to say hello. Total newbie here, just acquired a 2019 Plus 4 which I am absolutely besotted with. Boyhood dream fulfilled (phoned my local Morgan dealer when I was ten years old asking about the waiting list and was put firmly in my place). Now aged 44 with a little spare cash so I thought I would take the plunge. I'm not particularly mechanically inclined so strap yourselves in for stupid questions. Previous car history is a 1961 Mk1 MG Midget and a couple of classic Mini's, and to be honest I'm not sure I ever knew what I was doing with those either, but I tried! Everything else has been modern and left to the experts to maintain so I think I'm at the bottom of the steep learning curve, but at least I have a smile on my face.

Hello Steve, I also just got a 2019 Plus 4 a couple of months ago. I am just along the coast @ Waterlooville so we may just see each other when out and about.

Perfect motoring history there and the fact you don't get too mucky puts you in the majority of members here.
