But on the other hand great news for those who don't view everything in the world as an 'investment opportunity' Agreed. I currently have the sum total of Β£75 in my savings account. That'll be gone by the weekend as I'm off to San Francisico to drink huge amounts of alcohol and experience some amazing live music. My parents had no savings, I've got no savings but I want for nothing and have a fabulous lifestyle. I aim to die in debt.

The Morgan world....... dealers, owners....'closet experts'...... need to come to terms with the fact that market is radically different now. Trads appear to be holding up pretty well.....at the moment......CX's however........π±π€·π»ββοΈ 'Toys', like Morgans, are the last thing you buy when it's all going well and the first thing you get rid of when it isn't......π€·π»ββοΈ
It's a really good time to get the car out and drive it.....you might as well enjoy it while you've got it....!!!!!

Forget second hand prices of Morgans, our economy and its woes is affecting Ferrari. Interesting article in Saturdays FT , front page. Seems that they have been reducing the new cars coming into the UK. in the hope of stemming reductions in second hand prices.. The boss also says being RHD vehicles means the second hand cars are not available/of interest to other European countries. Too many non doms have left, etc etc., Thank god Rachel will have all the answers to solve our problems in November.
I hate to talk the country down but Iβm just glad I no longer run my own businesses . London still has a buzz in some areas but itβs more muted these days . We might have been a nation of shopkeepers but many high streets look depressed with closed shops often replaced by nail bars, barbers and charity offerings, Thankfully some Asian areas in London have vibrant shops, late night opening hours with great restaurants - some a bit to blingy β¦β¦.one local one has a few tables with a steam running through them and at the end a small volcano with colour changing lights and steam coming from it. The foods great but the rice can fall in the stream ! Bit bonkers really.
Have a great weekend, MM

Sold my 2018 4/4 (so one of the last) recently at a realistic price. So there are buyers out there. No where near what I paid for it but if you amortise the sheer fun that I had driving it (roof down) for 12k miles after adding the Rutherford Conversion by New Elms and the impeccable servicing by Brands Hatch Morgan, the loss is inconsequential in the general scheme of things. Life too short etc.
Sadly Stenosis and advancing age was the reason but Hey Ho. Iβm still going to read this wonderful forum
