Hi all,

My Mother has a UK pension, she passed away on Sunday. I have managed to cancel her Australian Pensions but I still have to do the UK one. Does anyone know know what the UK pensions email address is or another way to contact them.

Next to each transaction is a number ZW123456DC, would that be some kind of pension or person identifier I need to give them?

Thanks
Chris

Thanks Everyone. I expect it was quick and peaceful. I tried the links but Tell Us Once can't be used for people living overseas. I visited the local UK Embassy who gave me the +44 191 2187777 number to call. They emailed me a IPC360 form to fill in and I have posted it to the International Pension Centre.

It was a weekend of mixed emotions, Saturday I went to the MG club Presentation lunch and won two awards which was very nice, Sunday morning I phoned up dad and chatted to him inviting him to fathers day lunch next weekend. Then tried calling mum and she didn't answer, not unusual as she often turned her phone down by accident or even turned if off. But when I visited her this time she was near her chair and partially under the table, I felt her face and it was stone cold plus she was not breathing at all. I called 000 (our 911) and they organised the Ambulance and wanted me to start CPR, luckily the Ambulance was there by the time I got her out from under the table and ready to start CPR, they confirmed she had died a few hours earlier and called the police who came and took statements etc. asking me why the door was unlocked and I said well that was me coming in, then the coroner came and took her away.

My sister and family all came over plus my wife and son. Everyone was very upset but she had been very frail and not well for a few years. I think she might be happy that she didn't have to go into a home, she probably should have gone in a while ago but she didn't want to.

I have her cat on my closed off veranda. I am hoping to slowly introduce her to my other 3 cats and if they can get on then I will keep her. Mum was very worried about her cat which was the main reason she was so against going into a home.
