Talk Morgan Forums Thread Like Summary - traditional and new, side by side

After reading along for a while, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Jörg and I come from Kleve, Germany.
My Morgan story began very early with a blue Morgan Plus 8, unfortunately not from Malvern but from Siku (model car). The desire for a Morgan never really left me, though, and in October 2018, the time had finally come. A Plus 8 4.6 in Jaguar British Racing green – a dream come true.
Two years later, a 4/4 70 Anniversary joined the Plus 8. With the "smaller" Morgan, we also started taking trips to Italy, France, and across Germany.
The 4/4 is the more fun Morgan for us, which meant the Plus 8 was driven less and less.
Over time, we kept thinking about a CX Morgan, which eventually led to several test drives. Thank you for your patience and the time you took in Düsseldorf. Since a third Morgan couldn't garner a majority, a decision had to be made. Because cars are meant to be driven, and the Plus8 wasn't driven very often, we traded it in at our dealer in Düsseldorf for a 2022 Plus Six.
That was in August 2025, and our first trip took us to Austria, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland with a very friendly Morgan group.
The CX Morgans are a completely different world. Less of the original Morgan feel, but much more dynamic.
