what's the spark plug gap for iridium plugs for a 2012 M3W?

M3W spark plug gap same for both types - 0.97mm to 1.07mm or .038" to .042.
I went in the middle with .040 on some Iridium plugs, the little screw on things on top of the old plugs were really loose!

Take the tops off and give them a little squeeze with a pair of pliers until they are a bit tighter on the plug.

...or fix those pesky plug terminals in place with a dab of Loctite.
