Many of the newer members of this forum would not have known John Bishop aka "Basher", a long time employee at Morgan.
We first heard that he had commenced his battle with cancer back in 2012.
Send Basher your bestOver the years he has visited us several times in Italy. He was a man who did not just lie down and take it, and he lived his life as best he could, taking many road trips to Europe.
Sadly the news has just reached us that he has finally reached the end of his road.

I’m heartbroken to share that my dear brother John passed away this morning after a fifteen year hard fought battle with cancer.
He is deeply loved and will be missed more than I can say.
I know that there are people here who knew John well and may wish to attend his funeral. I will post details in due course.

We would like to let you all know that John’s funeral is due to take place on Monday 30th March at 1pm at The Vale Crematorium, Evesham. We would like to extend the invitation to you all afterwards to meet at Malvern Rugby Club to celebrate John’s life and lift a drink in his honour. A more detailed notice will follow soon.
