Talk Morgan Forums Thread Like Summary - Has anyone seen the new Morgan coupe?

According to MOG Magazine Matt Hole said that MMC is building a Midsummer Inspired Coupe on the production line, all nine examples will be made "in plain sight" on the factory line.
Does anyone noticed something yet? TM spies please keep your eyes open when visiting the factory and please share pictures in this thread!

Would it coincide with the 1st April ?

I only ask because that's when the new Hybrid powertrain is announced too !

Currently 395 Morgan’s for sale on car & classics 🙏 so a buyers market..

Nothing is, looking at the recently owned CX range...

The stratospherically priced specials are though, the writing has been on the wall for a long time for those choosing to read it - this is the future of the Company and anyone dreaming of a return to a low priced entry model is not in the present day for sure - business doesn't ever work like that in the long term, it's untenable.

They know to target a new breed of high worth owners with something a little out of the ordinary and in mho they are well on target to keeping MMC as a going concern into the future and I wish them all the luck in the world with these sensational new models, always beyond my reach but that's the whole point.

They are not aimed at old farts happy with their Plus 8's.

My CX was supplied by the factory not thru a dealership, I'm getting it serviced by the factory and so make a nice day of it in the experience centre (great sausage sandwich) and do a factory tour etc.........you can see which way it's all heading. I'm sure in a few years time when used Supersport prices soften, I can see me getting one of those...............they have come a long way from my first Morgan 4/4.

Not all the progress is to everyone's taste but the changes like adoption of automatics has enabled me to stay with a Morgan, which I would have otherwise sadly had to cut my ties, for me there's no point in just having it in the garage and not using it and a manual gearbox was now unfortunately beyond my Morgan enjoyment experience.

We were caught in heavy M6 congestion returning from a Noggin on Saturday, the automatic just dealt with the inching for miles in traffic which would have been an absolute ball's ache in the previous Morgans.
