Your good people should celebrate being English and be proud of your flag, don’t let it become a symbol of thuggery or high jacked by political parties,the same is true for my Scotland. As well as this, all four of our United Kingdoms are better together, the men and women who gave their lives to defend our way of life did it together.

I had to smile yesterday, there were a bunch of Reform/Restore types down on the grassy bit by the mini roundabouts on the way into town. They had made themselves a little enclosure of St Georges flags and were sat around looking pretty grumpy as nobody was paying them any attention. Just down the slope from them was a comparatively well-attended mini party of the usual Green/LBGT/Hippie/Alternative types dancing around a sound system pumping out Reggae and having a great time.
