I know this is probably applicable to a very small number of people but I've just found out sadly that due to the frop off of demand, the G56 Carbon-Kevlar Mudguard is now only built in special order batches once enough people have registered interest. Even when a new batch is commissioned it will be about a 6 week build time.
This is a bit of a bugger because I have wonga waiting for new Mudguards and I don't believe there is any other commercial option?
Therefore this is a bit of a selfish shout to that very small number of owners who still maybe thinking of this upgrade that we now have to co-ordinate togeter to get a new batch built.

Just two quick updates...
1) Good news... Heard from G56 today. They have ordered a new batch of mudguards and are expecting availability w/c 13th July.
2) Meanwhile I also pinged Morgan about official replacement steel mudguards. The do normally sell them but currently cannot get stock (problems trying to find a manufacture).
When they do have stock Morgan sell them for £809 EACH (not including VAT or Delivery). In comparison the G56 ones are currently listed on their website for £1,250 for a PAIR... not including VAT (and I assume delivery).
This makes the G56 the cheaper option to buy, although if you intend to get carbon fibre painted it will probably bring the price up to more or less the same. I would also imagine if you upgrade to the G56 and have legacy undamaged/minor damaged steel mudguards that they would be worth a fair bit 2nd hand.
(Note* Obviously pricing is based on historic pricing and maybe subject to change)
