Went for a run up Donside today and back down Deeside. The smoke from the fire at Ryvoan is incredible, all the way from the coast at Aberdeen up Donside to the Lecht - I didn't go any further - and similar on Deeside up past Banchory. These photos are on the moors of Glen Gairn which was clear at the time but the plume of smoke across the sky was a bit on the dramatic side.
