Talk Morgan Forums Thread Like Summary - Mathewson's museum opened

On a recent motorcycle day trip with my brother taking in Whitby, Robin Hoods bay and returning via Dalby Forest we popped in to the Bangers and Cash emporium at Thornton-le-Dale. Surprised to see the museum now open again with visits for a mere £2.50. Last time I was able to visit before closure was 2017 with both Derrick's collection and upcoming auction vehicles to view. According to him another shed full of further exhibits will be added to the tour soon.











Interesting mix including Model T based racer, Rover P5B (V8), a couple of Aston's, F type Morgan, very rare Reo saloon and open top Standard and my favourite the Chevrolet breakdown truck, noting that all USA vehicles were RHD.

Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Off to the ‘Mathewson Live’ event this weekend in the motorhome in Harrogate.
