If you like a seriously classy hotel, then go to the Whatley Manor. 2 Michelin stars for the Restaurant, and a Spa that has got it voted one of the top ten'Wellness' hotels in the world.

For what you get, it's surprisingly inexpensive - although admittedly not what you'd call cheap. Although it's not very far from our house, Jane uses it for short getaway spa breaks whilst I get to stay at home and look after the animals.

Thank you all for the kind tips - i booked myself in at the "Moda House" now.

Does anybody (else) happen to at the factory on June 2nd later afternoons? innocent

.. or at Williams the next morning? grin2

Shouldn't it really be called Twatley Manor? Isn't the village Twatley? We've considered this hotel but it really is eye wateringly expensive.
