Pinjarra Classic Car Show (WA)
Hi there,
Just back from an enjoyable morning and afternoon at the Pinjara classic car show. Lots of cars (in the hundreds), including five Morgans, Jaguars, Austins, TVR, Lotus, Land Rovers, (lots of) MGs, Rolls Royces, Jensens and so on...
There was even a fly past by 15 planes (at least 10 were bi-planes). I am constantly amazed by what you can find in WA, not least the cars but now the bi-planes too....
Some photos attached. For those in the UK I put the roof up to come back home - too sunny!

Loving the Aeromax and E-type shots, what is the system on the Number Plates, they seem very personnal to the model of car.

You can have (more or less) anything you want re number plates. You can choose from 10 colour combinations, two plate sizes and either metal or acrylic.
Manufacturer names are out (although there's a Morgan plate in WA). Model names seem ok.
I chose my car's original UK registration.
The Areomax is the only one in Aus.
Must add sun cream to my toolbox!

Do you know if the Max is original owner import, or could it be Hammond's old car, i believe that went to Aus.

It's original import. One owner from new.

Looks like a great day out, is that an original SS next to the etype it looks fantastic. Thanks for sharing these and reminding us all of what a Summers day should look like
