Morgan Baby Doll unveiled

The first in the new line of Morgan Plus 4 Baby Doll production cars, developed and produced by Morgan’s racing division “Aero Racing” as a road going track car was present at the factory yesterday for one of the regular Saturday morning open days. The car is both brutal in performance and striking in looks with a full race package as standard and 250 bhp being produced from the Omex tuned 2.0 Duratec engine. My first impressions are that the Baby Doll has an awesome power to weight ratio coupled with precision handling and a rasping exhaust note that all go together to create what will be a very competitive track car package. Being a track car there is however no warranty on the engine, Morgan and Aero Racing were keen to stress that although the Baby Doll is eligible for the road it has been designed and set up for the track. The car will be available in two colours blue and green with optional mini light wheels.

Looks a lovely car, like the other Baby Doll photos we have seen on TM.

But I am a bit bemused... if they are to be available in two colours (blue and green) then why show this one in what seems to be red and black?

It looks like Asbojohn's M3W colours... Oh, I wonder? thinking

Great looking car. Like the canted dash display, don't like the spinners on Minilite wheels, but I am not in the market for one anyway. Look forward to hearing about its track performance flag

Beautiful vehicle with a genuine 250bhp,

If you are lucky to have purchased one, then you are going to have such a fun time smile

Is it a slightly wider body than a +4?

Looks great, there's a lot of detail gone into it. Wonder how it handles?
