Following the comment about it being damaged the first time it shipped out.
Does anyone know who they used as I would like to contribute to it happening again and buy them a pint.

Not for me. Messy.

LOL.......I understand that some other cargo on the plane broke loose and smashed into the rear. I saw it at the factory being repaired.

Apparently it's a special commission for a Texan.

As 4 wheel Morgan's can't be used in the USA he'll just be driving on his own property - which I understand is extensive!

:)read here a few unsuitable (IMHO) comments about the (modified) Aero Coupé and indirectly on his (creative) owner ….I like criticism but words must be used only to underline what you honestly don’t like of it……. avoiding to be satirical in different way about the result nono.
BTW the car is not so different from the original and it can become as stock by removing some stuff, or replacing a standard bonnet…..
But honestly here I’m biased ……(please, read this thread):

If you look closer, you can see it’s quite like my proposal, especially in the attempt to have a car more classy than sporty.
Me too have to criticize the car and, as a proposal, I suggest some little changes for the better (IMHO):

I think there is a loophole for vehicles imported for show and display. This car may qualify since it is unique. Show and display cars can be driven up to 2500 miles per year.

Every single unique feature that this car displays is a hash-up in my opinion.

This is largely because the original design is so simple pure and elegant that virtually anything you 'add' over the top of the original canvas is like graffiti.
It takes a very talented stylist to be able to achieve perfection over the top of perfection...and then to translate that design in the finished product cleanly and elegantly is also a challenging process.

That car fails on both counts, for every single new feature added.

Doncha just love forums, eh?

Like it or loathe it, having seen it in the flesh there is something truly unique about it. Expect to see it in some very high class motor shows in years to come..

Art deco styling is not to everymans taste, but some of those styling cues are really exciting visual references to our anglo-American heritage & I for one applaud the person who was visionary enough to sign the order.

That's the great thing about visionary art - it opens dialogue & makes people question.

And yes, I know it's a car & not a painting before some wag gets in first!
