Moderate or good, occasionally poor

Museum Mystery Morgan Model

On the way back from Birmingham yesterday, Mrs. W and I paid a visit to the Heritage Motor Museum at Gaydon. Amongst a random display of apparently unconnected artefacts I spotted this. It appears to be a model of a convertible Plus Four Plus, was such a car ever envisaged? Does anyone know anything about the model, there were no captions in the display.

(Apologies for the poor quality pictures, as I said it was an unscheduled visit so I only had my phone to take photos with).
