are you taking your mother in law with you????? It's really in case the missus decides to come out in the car, if she behaves I might even pop in a viewing porthole  It's actually well designed by Rob Hill as there is almost no reduction in rear vision, it holds all I will want it to (not putting anything heavy that high and far back) but for convenience it takes some beating. I saw 3 friends with them on a tour last year and every time we stopped they were popping off top coats and taking out camera's etc. All those things that get lost behind the seat will now live in the box, I had intended only putting it on for holiday use but I just like the look and with the colour picking up the side screens and hood, tonneau etc. It may well live there now.
