I wonder thinking why they never make official pictures camera with the original steering wheel... sick

I would question whether (in the UK at least) you could get the car homologated for sale with a metal hub wheel. Chances are this would be vetoed during the crash testing phase of the government vehicle approval scheme.

The stock wheel may be less appealing to look at; however, I imagine it is more forgiving should your face come in contact with it during an accident.

This is my take on the situation but I could be wrong. cozychair

Too glossy!!

Actually, I think the battleship grey with tan from the show looks good.

I see what you mean about the wheel arch, this seems more exagerated than on the Roadster

Question, if you can spend loads a money spend with people like Mullberry to get the rear wheels to sit in the middle of the arch why don't the factory make'em that way confused2

I also asked myself the same question. Meanwhile I got used to the wheel position, but I wonder if there's some kind of technical reason for this.
