Hello all,
Here's the design I'm going for my Aero 8 if and when I ever get it. As of now, it's still on schedule for delivery next november but who knows if even more delays won't happen for new car deliveries to the US.
The body will be metallic burnt orange and the wings metallic anthracite grey. Working on the exact color specs now.
I'm thinking the interior will be a matching grey with orange piping although that may be too much..?
Keeping my finger crossed for a stabilization of the markets otherwise I may have to give up on the dream...

Could be a great combination. The Orange leather option is very bright from the sample I've seen but as piping will probably look a bit more subtle!

Morgan can use any leather; so if you cannot find one you are happy with from their selection (which is vast and not limited to stock colours), you could always discuss supplying your own.

I have seen two Morgans with orange leather - one was the US S3 launch car (black exterior with pumpkin leather - I'll try to dig our a photo) and the other is the S4 Demo car (which Charles Morgan brought to St Tropez in 2008 and was the UK motor show vehicle - this was a variant of Lamborghini's Arancio Borealis iirc with black leather and orange trim. I have a picture of the trim and will post it up).

This orange is way too bright, the one I have in mind is darker. I think I'm going to go for it.

It's been a long time. I gave up on my new 2008 Aero 8 because of delivery problems in the US back then and bought a new loaded Z4 instead. Now, 3 years later I am looking at a 2007 Aero America for sale in Louisville, KY. Going there for a look this week end. Burgundy (maroon?) body with grey and burgundy interior, I love the look and from the pictures, it seems in very good shape. 7,000 miles, asking $90k (about gbp 55k). A few questions: -is the price in line with value, what do you think? The sound system is very basic, what can be done to improve on it? The salesman said the roof is tight but there may be some leaking from the window in rain. Any cure for that? Other than that keep your fingers crossed I may be back on the forum again soon.

It would be difficult to comment on price, not sure what the US market will take. As a 2007 is it a series 3 car?

The roof on my aero was tight to start with but with use it has eased considerably. With reference to the roof leaking I cant say I've encountered to many problems, you do get some water ingress around the top of the window but this is fairly minor. But then mine gets driven with the roof down most of the time.
